PPSEZ Power Plant

Colben Energy (Cambodia) PPSEZ Ltd is the Joint Venture partner of Phnom Penh Special Economic Zone (PPSEZ). The Power Plant takes responsibility for generating and supplying electricity to the completed PPSEZ premise of about 360 hectares. The PPSEZ is located near Phnom Penh International Airport, Cambodia.

The Power Plant consists of three 6.5 MW Generator sets with a total generating capacity of 19.5 MW. All Generator sets are designed to operate with Heavy Fuel oil. The power plant is in commercial operation since 2008.
