Sihanoukville Power Plant

Colben Energy (Cambodia) Ltd developed Sihanoukville Power Plant as a Build Own Operate power plant and is contracted to supply 10 MW of electricity to the Cambodian state-owned utility company, Electricite Du Cambodge.

The Power Plant located in Sihanoukville, the Beach Resort City of Cambodia has an installed capacity of 14.5 MW using Generator sets designed to operate with Heavy Fuel oil. The power plant is in commercial operation since November 2006.
