The Company was incorporated on 25 October 2002 as a private limited company in the Republic of Singapore and changed its name to “Asiatic Group (Holdings) Limited” for listing on the Catalist of the Singapore Stock Exchange in April 2003.

The Company started as a distributor and manufacturer’s representative of a diverse range of fire-fighting and protection equipment in Singapore. It extended its core engineering capabilities to include power-related solutions and undertakes power generation projects in developing countries where energy needs are most urgent.

The Company is currently an investment holding company for the Fire Protection and Energy businesses.

Opportunity

We are always looking at product development, business expansion and marketing and similarly, implementation of our cost-efficient solutions, technics and technologies to meet latest business objectives. Asiatic Group aims to always be at the forefront of high-end technology in the business we are focused on.
